If the clue was as posted - 13'30, that is 13 minutes, 30 seconds. The degrees is missing.
The 13'30'' clue's meaning seems to be already known: the uncharted island where the clerics had their home was discovered using those coordinates (check post by uome) at 125.30'N 13.30'W

Also the remains of poor Olandorth have been found at 116.16'N , 34.10'W., but no key was found in the ship wreck nor in the remains of the poor cleric.

That, plus the fact that the thieves in the sewers had the broken compass and what seemed remains from the ship wreck (the waterstained map, for example), makes me think that someone arrived to the shipwreck in first place and took the key from the dead cleric's corpse, as well as all that he could find.
We should find Vincent and interrogate him.....

Hm, just a dummy-question: Is this just in felucca, or trammel also?

More News Found:

With the statement of a waterstained map, Lord Brahm dispatched a guard into the sewers to recover the map and key. The guard, upon return, stated he had found a map although no key could be found. Another citizen by the name of Drakull has stated he found information stating Vincent should be found, although Drakull cannot be found for comment. No one is aware why this statement would be made in regards to Vincent and Drakull has yet to disclose how this came about.

Brahm has informed the High Priest and Cleric of the death of Olandoth and has confirmed with both that the waterstained map found in the sewers of Britain is, in fact, a map to their establishment. Once the key is found, the mages will be able to construct a magical portal using the coordinates on the map as well as use the key to gain quick entrance.

He issued warning to the DNN reporter early this morning to watch for information on when the adventure to the Cleric's moat house will be made.

More News from Lord Brahm:

Lord Brahm just made communication with the Demise News Network to state, that with the help of local citizen Teela, Vincent was able to be captured. The increased guard security of Britain combined with her quick thinking forced Vincent into the hands of Britain authorities. With threat of searching himself and his home, Vincent coughed up a set of keys. Brahm will need to validate that these are the correct keys.

If these are the correct keys, the citizens will be notified of a time and date to gather in order to take back the cleric's home. With the recovery of the map earlier today, he will be able to contact the royal mages and have a magic portal created to the area at the time of the fight. The time is dependent upon these being the true keys and the time it takes for the creation of the magic portal.

Brahm stated he would contact the DNN if a day and time are set as well as use the Light of Premonition as the time draws near.

Message to Lord Brahm: The Citadle of the Darkened Sky ( The home of the clerics ) has been located at Candleabra Point. The citadel seems to be in ruins and is unaproachable due to the number of dragons there.

Re: [News] Streets of Britain Far from Safe

Lord Brahm summoned the DNN to the Britain throne room not moments ago and wished us to inform all that the key procured from Vincent was, in fact, the key to the portcullis. The clerics also verified the waterstained map retrieved from the sewers is the same as the moat house discovered on Candleabra Point, as stated by citizen Slade.

Brahm has issued orders to the royal mages to create a magical portal to the coordinates on the map to facilitate travel. He wishes all citizens to gather in the throne room tomorrow at 3pm by the Eastern Sun (noon PST/3pm EST). From here, the gate will be placed and all will be asked to assist in slaying the dragon kin that have taken over the establishment.

For those not familiar with the public bulletin (the forums), the Light of Premonition will change color 1 hour prior to the adventure.

And the dragon has been slain, falling to the ground in a shower of gold.

Not long after that it seems that Lord Brahms dropped his purse as well, or just wanted to show off his wealth:

News from Lord Brahm:

The beast of Nyeth has been slain!

Several citizens of Britainnia made their way through a portal created by the royal mages and fought toe to toe with dragon kin of all kinds, eventually bringing Nyeth the Ancient from below. Nyeth was a great beast and very difficult; however, with persistance of our own citizens, Nyeth fell to the ground and exploded in a wave of gold.

Once citizens returned to the throne room to report the death of the great dragon, Lord Brahm ordered royal mages to appropriate reward those who fought and gold appeared not moments afte rhe took his leave from the throne room.

The clerics dispatched from the castle rather quickly along with an army of provisioners, carpenters, and architects. They were quick to leave in hopes to restore the Citadel to its former glory. They were very humbled by the assistance they received from the citizens of our fair city.
