Hear ye, hear ye! Thiefs and murderers from all Sosaria answer this call and join the greatest amongst guilds!

Our story begins 80 years ago! A man that goes by the name of Ner'Dav was born close to the city of Minoc, at the age of 10 his village was attacked by bandits, many where slaughtered as they pillaged the village, including his parents, Ner'Dav swore he'd revenge his parents and found a master that baptised him in the fire of combat. By the age of 18 he joined the army and he was already a reputable swordsman. He fought many battles and served the army well, by the age of 25 he was given the task of assasinating the commanding officer of the savage army of Papua.

Late at night he was sneaking into the sleeping jungle village, he made it to the officers bedroom and quickly disposed of him using a very powerful poison. When he was about to leave he found an very decorated, untitled book that will later become known as the "Secrets of Sosaria", he took the book and was on his way to leave when he was spotted by a guard, he sounded the alarm and soon the whole savage army was after him, he hid the book under a rock and fled.
He was now one of the most reputable warriors within the army for killing the savage commander, but his glory only lasted for 3 short years. At the age of 28 he was dismissed to an army due to an eye injury that made him a rather worthless fighter.

Ner'Dav was now, once again all alone in the world and was living of what he got, he stole to feed himself. He soon remembered the book he found in Papua, and thought he might get a bit of coin for it. He returned to the jungle and after days of navigating through the jungle he made his way to Papua, when there he found the book was on his way, one night on his journy back he found himself starting to read the book, which told grand tales and promises of treasures hidden away by the gods!

He began to search for these promises of gold and fortune, and soon he became familiar with the arcane powers, he learned to use the arts of magic. He journed deep into the dungeons of Covetous, he braved the balrons in the mysterious maze, Ner'Dav had now reached the age of 57, he was on his way to the dungeon of destard to face whatever horrors that dwelled in there, on they way he walked by a cottage when he heard a scream. He rushed there and found an eldery women murdered and a man standing with a bloody sword in his hand, the man attacked Ner'Dav who quickly disarmed the man and killed him. As the man was slain, four children came out from their hiding place the women had put them in.
Ner'Dav learned that this was an orphanage that belonged to the now slain women. He decided to take the children under his protection, during the next few years he taught them everything he knew, he taught them how to steal and how to fight aswell as he taught them how to use magic and how to make potions!

Ner'Dav died at the age of 76 and he never did find the murderer of his parents. He passed on the book and 4 rings to the children he had taken care for, in the book they found a location of a hidden chamber located somewhere around the city of Agathy, all the children went there and after days and even weeks of searching they finally found what they where looking for. In this chamber the 4 children started the Order of the Blind eye!

Directions
There is basicly 4 directions you can choose from, you can choose to be a thief, an assassin, an assassin mage (Noxweaver), or a mercenary... Thats right we have mercenaries to wanna fight about it?

Thief misc skills
Hiding, Stealth, Resist spells, Mace fighting, Swordsmanship, Archery, Fencing, Healing, Anatomy, Wrestling, Tactics, Magery, Evaluate intelligence, Meditation, Alchemy, Blacksmithy, Carpentry, Cooking, Fishing, Herding, Lockpicking, Lumberjacking, Mining, Musicianship, Remove Trap, Tailoring, Tinkering, Parrying, Begging, Camping, Cartography, Detecting Hidden, Discordance, Inscription, Peacemaking, Provocation, Spirit speak, Tracking, Arms Lore, Forensic Evaluation, Item Identification.
Noxweaver class must have
Hiding, Stealth, Magery, Poisoning, Evaluate Intelligence, Meditation, Resisting Spells.
Assassin class must have
Hiding, Stealth.
Assassin misc skills
Resisting Spells, Archery, Fencing, Alchemy, Healing, Anatomy, Tactics, Magery, Detecting Hidden, Tracking, Poisoning
Mercenary class must have
Ranged attack skill (Archery or Alchy), [Weapon skill], tactics, anatomy, healing, resisting spells.
Mercenary misc skills
Detecting Hidden, Hiding, Tracking, Secondary weapon skill, Parrying, Lumberjacking.

Your template need to be approved by any of the aims listed beneath, because we don't want have everyone run around with clone templates.

Class descriptions
Thief: The majority of the guilds will be the thief, they will be trained in diffrent stealing techniques, these will be explained when you have joined the guild. The thief is not an offensive class and therefor you are only allowed to be offensive when defending yourself. So if a thief is in trouble, no other thief are allowed to attack his opponet, you may heal your friend but you are not allowed to attack his opponet.
Assassin: These specialists will be our element of surprise, we will use a system and systematicly take down opponets.
Mercenary: The guilds pure fighter class, these will be our tanks, they will go in hard using brute tactics annihilating our opponets.
Noxweaver: The guilds assassin mages, these will also act as an element of surprise and also provide backup to mercenaries and thiefs. These are mainly a support class but can be efficently used as an artillery class.

Uniform and restrictions
Armor for all classes except the mercenary class is restricted to leather, thugs are allowed to wear studded armor, and when you reach mercenary you will be allowed to use leather, studded, and chain armor. Assassins weapon choices are restricted to: kryss, short spear, dagger weapons, war fork, bow, and the regular crossbow.
The assassin classes are restricted to only recall/mark/travel purposes such as teleport, incognito and paralyze is also allowed. Mercenary class CANNOT use any magic under any circumstance. The noxweaver and the thief are the only one allowed to use real offensive magic.
Your clothes and armor can be of any colour, but everyone in the guild is requiered to wear a ring, thiefs are requiered to wear an emerald ring, assassins and noxweavers will use a ruby ring, and all the mercenaries are requiered to wear a diamond ring. No neon clothing allowed, the only bloodcloth you should use is charcoal and blood red. Also you are only allowed to have natural haircolours.

Language
I could see some key words meaning other things,but in the whole as mentioned, being a thief is not a race or religion so era-age grammer will most likely be the main (ex: noob, pwned, ownt, will not be in our vocabulry.)
To summarize we talk with RP tounge.

Blind Eye RP
As stated above we are going to be mostly thiefs and bandits, but also mercenaries, these soliders are of course avaible for all other guilds to hire if you need help. You can also hire our assassins to perhaps take out a rival within your own guild?
Anyways so we roleplay using the simple old style english using no abbrevations or such. When we are not doing some sort of raid it is encouraged you walk around and interact with eachother on the roleplaying island just to make it seem more populated, we of course won't operate just in the city of Agathy, we will operate in all of Sosaria, but Agathy is our HQ, and hopefully we will have our stone there later once we get more established. Also we only dicuss guild busniess behind locked doors or secure locations like in an alley or behind a house, never out in the open. If any of our rules are broken you will first be given disciplinary punishment, collecting resources and such. If rules are broken several times by one person, this person will get demoted or even expelled from the guild.
The only time you are allowed to talk OOC ingame will be in PARTY chat, after all we are an RP guild so we RP in guild chat. Also, ALWAYS follow the orders of your commanders.
Also you have to have a real name, not a word that you'd like to make a name ex. Engage is not allowed (sorry engage :)), but names such as: Alex or John is allowed... Also you can make up a name like I made up our little hero in the story Ner'Dav... (sounds like an elf... :s)
Also we do not help ANY other RP guild unless they offer you payment. If you see an RPer fight another RPer you do not interfere, if you see an RPer fight a griefer, you do not interfere.
Due to the donation possibilities at the time of this post (the Ninja suit) I will allow people to wear named clothing as long as its not Neon coloured...

Oh yeah, Amish and LordCool, if you want to join ,either AIM me or find Anton LaRouche ingame. I will spend most of my time on the RP island within the city walls so I won't be to hard to track down.

what are the rules on makeing a character, names, sex, hair choice stuff like that. Im sure you dont want Lord A$$Blasta with Neon pink hair....

yay ok so far i have a Merc named Cedric Ironclaw, an Assasin named Kean Deathstroke and a Noxweaver that i have yet to rename. Im looking forward to some good times.

Since you can donate for a Ninja mask and stuff I WILL allow named clothing... As long as its not neon.

We have plenty of thieves,assassins aspiring to become noxweavers. We need some old melee assassins and a few more mercs. We are still recruiting and hoping to become a little bigger.

I have a merc and nox weaver on the way. I think we will need at LEAST 5 good active Mercs.
