PvP warrior weapon of chioce

Kryss is THE weapon to go for it seems with poisoning added to their advantage.

That is the only weapon I have seen PvP warrior uses so far.

But I have recently been talking to a friend of mine he said Mace is also a very good weapon for PvP, and as which, you don't need poisoning if you are a macer.

What is in your experience of the effectiveness of a macer?

Kryss is just the easiest one to use. Nox + AI = pvp for said warriors. Maces in general are superior, tbh. War axes, maces, gnarled staffs, hammer pick, all of them have awesome sets of specials, drain stamina when they hit and usually hit hard.

If you have swordmanship and poisoning then a cleaver would be nice (nox+bleed). I see them more on mages tbh.

Favorite is likely executioner's axe. Bleed and Mortal is a sick mage killer combination on a weapon.

Other Favorites:

Swords:
- Butcher Knife (Disarm + Infecting)
- Cleaver (Infecting + bleed)
- Bokuto (Feint + Nerve strike)
- No-Dachi (Crushing blow + Riding swipe)
- Runeblade (Disarm + bladeweave)

Fencing

- Kryss (Armore Ignor + Infecting)
- War Fork (Bleed + Disarm)

Macing

- Hammer Pick (Armor Ignore + Mortal)
- Gnarled Staff (Concussion + Paralyze)
- Quarter Staff (Double strike + concussion)
- War Axe (Armore Ignore + Bleed)

Archery

- Yumi (Double Shot + Pierce Armor)
- Elven Longbow (Force arrow + Serpent Arrow)
- Crossbow (Concussion + Mortal Strike)

Swords - Cleaver
Fencing - Short spear
Macing - Mace
Archery - Crossbow

I'm personally a fan of the double axe, just because the Double Strike on it is fun. Though as a general rule, a katana's more practical in that regard.

Double Strike sucks, double axe sucks. Even if it's an Axe of the Heavens. I've got better results in PvP with an ordinary exceptional non-runic hatchet (armor ignore, disarm).

I use my bare fists.

To this day it still amazes me how I can punch a kid and paralyze him for 3 seconds.

The topic is about warrior and the weapon of choice, not another warrior vs mage debate.

It is established that mage is superior in pvp and in many, many other things in the world of UO, there is no point to in that type of comment on a thread with titled such as this one.

I have experimented with a double bladed staff. (infect & double strike)
It's nice and fast, 2 handed and might be good if used with parry/bushido.

Cleavers are my favourite though.

Bone harvesters are so cool!

But i have a long time relationship with staffs. I love staffs
