Quest Question

Does anyone know if the "Gareth the Emissary of the RBC" quest is on the server yet? I asked one of the gms and he said it was, but when I went to look for Gareth where he is supposed to be at, he wasnt there. Am I just in the wrong place? Or is it not implemented yet and the gm just made a mistake?

I think staff member made a mistake... I looked in the old place 'COM building fel/tram.' I also looked in Trinsic fel/tram... He was not there, but if you need a Loan there is a Loan Shark there.

Did you look @ rune library? @april0395 made virtue books. I can't remember if if they are on top of the malas and tokuno section or the next row back.

EDIT:
Nvm, upon doing a forum search found this link, which tells us only 4 quests have been added concerning virtue armor.
