It depends what you are going to make.

I have copied the info from stratics and it is in the book on the front step of my shop at Minoc gate. It should be accesable by anyone so can aslo be coppied using inscription. I found it very usefull to have that info to hand ingame when i felt like buring runics or enhancing stuff.
