Question on Dove Tail Saws and Bows/QStaff Craftables

I searched and must be a dumbass but can anyone explain the new Dove Tail Saws and new types of woods?

-How do you get the Supreme Accurate Vanq Bow and what is it made with (Yew Dove tail saw?)
-How do you get the Supreme Accurate Vanq Q-Staff and what is it made with (Yew Dove tail saw?)

• Addition of "Yew Wood" - This wood type can be found by using an axe on any tree
• Addition of "Ash Wood" - This wood type can be found by using an axe on any tree
• Addition of "Oak Wood" - This wood type can be found by using an axe on any tree
• Addition of Runic Fletching tools for the three types of new wood (Yew, Ash and Oak)
• Addition of Runic Dovteail Saws for the three new types of wood (Yew Ash and Oak)
• Hybrid Dragon's now have a chance to drop Runic Fletching Kits and/or Runic Saws

The bow and q-staff you mentioned above were, indeed, made with Yew wood.
