Currently, yes. I'm considering changing this to impact only PvM though.

2. Does stat of swamp dragon affects the hits it absorbed?
No.

3. What is the difference before a swamp dragon with/without armor?
A naked swamp dragon is useless (no absorbtion).

4. Does the Ore of the armor of swamp dragon affects anything?
Yes, as well as the quality of the barding deed used. Exceptional barding deeds offer much more protection and durability. (Exceptional) Iron gives roughly 0-2% absorbtion, (Exceptional) Valorite is something like 15-17%, but they lose their effectiveness with each absorbtion.
