Hey, I'm new. Came across Gamers and saw it had factions. I've heard that factions were buggy, and didn't work so well, until there was another Update, to work out all the problems.

Do these work. Like crafting faction armor, earning silver, stealing sigils, voting, town sheriffs, setting faction traps/guards, etc.

Faction armor, earning silver, stealing sigils, voting, town sheriffs, setting faction traps/guards all work. Etc works especially well. Most of the problems with factions were due to the original OSI design of factions. Factions looks about ready to release to the RunUO community so you'll probably see it in the next release or the release after that.
