Random loot question

Is it possible to get balance on a bow that is looted? Ive never seen one, or maybe I have and just forgot.

I've never seen that property either on loot.

it should be possible, but I'm not sure how it is on Demise. I would say no.

The Balanced property can occur on two handed weapons found as loot, including bows.

I don't remember ever looting or crafting a 2 handed weapon with "balanced" as a mod during this era on OSI
I'm thinking this started happening after the launch of SA

Yeah on that link go to article - view history - Jan 2008 and it says only crafted
