I use utorrent and torrentpond.com to search, and I DL almost every movie/game at 2 mb/s with my upload limit set at 40 kb/s. Anything higher and my DL speed drops.

lemme ask question, everytime i start running in UO while on my "LAPTOP" i run like 3 steps, and I start laggin/skipping entire effin frames. WTF. is it my internet connection, or my damn laptop. I currently have AT&T DSL 6meg internet connection setup. ty for help.

most likely your laptop. or you just need to update its graphics drivers. but seeing as how you say you have a 6mb connection and above it only shows you at not even 1mb, you should probably yell at your isp for jewing you.

my ping on uo is like always 250+ , 250 on a good day and like 500 on a decent day then 700 on a bad day

theres mine on the site i use, but on ur site it was double that. I have comcast xfinity but i host a wow server, well my brother does, and two brothers host a uo server together so i get stuck with this bullshit cus all the bandwidth they take, i pay for the 100mb line too im getting used lol
