All *NEW* Runebooks (Bought or created) now require 0 magery, weigh 1 stone, and have double charges.

We're working on a way to convert all existing ones over.

hmm isn't it suposed to be 0 magery required to cast from a loaded scroll or is it even when casting without charges in the book?

It use to be with 0 magery using recall scrolls you would fail alot. Recall is a 4th level spell using a scroll makes it like casting a 2nd level spell and with 0 magery its not easy. 0 magery required makes it so anyone without necro, magery or chivarly recall alot easier.

It also makes the new classes (Samurai/Ninja) more viable.
