admin abuse is admin abuse. it doesn't matter if it's a rule or not, it's a fact that if you abuse your position as he did in this specific case, that is called admin abuse. there's no way around it.

I've had Ryan spy on me and show up at my house and spawn a dragon on my roof named "Slayn Killer" and pk me with it inside of my house.
He heard me make fun of the Fallon Clock handouts from a while back and followed me home. Also had my name spammed
to everyone on the server that I was a noob. I thought it was pretty funny though.
Ohh he also said he would get a plane ticket to pittsburgh where I live and beat and or rape me.
