Changes needed:Apparently the server crash last night left me a corpse with nothing to loot from. I just want a beetle that some dude gave me. I can regain the rest. Its only like 20,000g worth of stuff. This has happened 4 times.

First off, we do not disconnect when there are pages and the shard did not crash, there were network problems, probably with level 3.

We donate our time for free, we can't be online 24/7, also, if your pet was bonded you wouldn't have lost it unless you didn't log in to retrieve it within 24hrs and the shard was not down for that long. Item loss can be prevented by using insurance.

We do not replace items caused by connectivity issues.
