Looking for a active spawning guild. My characters names is Flavor and I try to do 2-5 spawns a day, looking for a guild to help/back me up.

You guys have pvp experience? KNow how to not freak out during a raid and fight back? There are quite a few ppl put there that would love a purely spawning guild, as long as you know how to keep it under control.
1: one guild leader
2: only 1 or 2 emmisarries
3: managed recruiting, mass recruit then weed out the junk.
4: vent and map Required, regardless of location and language spoken. Language barriers can be overcome.
5: don't allow bad attitudes. Kick those people out.
6: learn to pvp, defend your spawns.
7: practice together. Field fight each other and duel endlessly between spawns.
Start a guild and follow those steps, you'll be viable in no time.
