SVN 894 Update (July 29th, 2012)

The following changes have been applied to Demise:

• Ore bought from faction ore vendors is no longer randomly sized, instead it's now always the size displayed in the buy menu (which is medium).
• Commodity deeds can no longer be created for unsmelted ore. (Existing commodity deeds for unsmelted ore will remain exchangeable.)
• Fishing poles can no longer be used from more than 2 tiles away.

RunUO updates not directly related to Demise gameplay:

• Added a 'staff only' condition to the condition teleporter.
• General code cleanup for Account, Ore, BaseAxe, SkillCheck, SkillMod.
• Made the NetState property on Mobile visible in-game, and added sorting support.
