[SVN] Rune Book Missing Feature (Dots) Issuse 148

Behavior on Demisen Demise when you open a rune book to page 1 to 8 each page with a rune in it has the green dot for you to click to set to default.After setting your default location the green dot disappears and you are left with a blank area.

Behavior on OSIn OSI the green dot when clicked to make the rune default changes to a red dot

Tested on Demise TC:

Red dots exist to show the set default location.
They look exactly the same as in the pic provided.
Pressing the red dot has no adverse affects.

I can't see anything wrong with this one.
