Swamp Wolf has set up shop in the upper defenses of the Wolf Clan Village. The village is located against the South wall of the Brigand Camp. The camp is situated on the main North/South highway between Skara/Brit crossroads and Yew crossroads. Caution: If you stroll by too slowly, the brigands may come out to "greet" you.

Special Hair Dye on Demise is priced the same at the hair stylists as Bright Hair Dye described on stratics, 500k. I think that makes it give the neon colors, but I have not tried it.
