Im just wondering has the current admin/owners have ever made any comment about if demise will ever be updated to include SA?

They have. The plan is: no. Fix current bugs and relax. Runuo development has basically come to a halt.

I'm pretty sure RunUO as a whole supports SA, but Demise's not planning on implementing it. And it's good this way.

I know the RunUO project is closed, but I was most certain that the latest official release contained SA.

But I did investigate on that, and seems like you are right, and it does not.

I believe Eos's intentions were to develop SA, without demise going past ml, but with the project dead idk.

It was to stop at Mondain's Legacy. But, we can and do get benefits from beyond the era. Items, quests and such.
