They believe because they know their macros, the spell timers, the health, etc., that they're the only ones worthy of receiving anything. Wrong, kiddos. I've seen some dex in my time that would drop any one of you. I've seen them that good, yes. So what if a dexmex has to be a conn whore? All of the "greatest" pvpers on here are too. There's no sense in bitching. If you can't kill someone, then try until you do. Period. If they kill you, then you deserve it for sucking ass. Period.
