All Trade Forum Users must review the following trade forum rules.
Posts not following these rules will be removed. You will not receive a message regarding this.
Repeated forum infractions will result in a trade forum ban.
The Forum Code of Conduct applies, as do Forum rules
1.) Thread titles should reflect the items being sold/bought. Do not use all caps or excessive punctuation.
2.) Posts should include complete descriptions. Include item description including hue, blessed or not, min bid if you have one, etc.
It is recommended housing posts have a picture.
Threads that are repeatedly bumped because the seller does not provide pertinent information in the original post will be deleted. Omitting information so buyers will bump your thread with questions is not permitted.
3.) Do not bump your threads.
A bump is any post created by the thread starter to "bump" their thread to the top.
If you wish to add an announcement or change your information, use the edit feature and edit your original post.
Include as much information as possible about your item(s) in your original post.
Do not post to ask for a picture of a house or item. It is up to the OP to include this with their post.
4.) No arguing or flaming. Bid, post a serious question about whatever is being sold, or don't reply. Posting a bid doesn't give you the right to add in a flame/unnecessary comment.
5.) If a seller posts a starting bid, do not bid below it.
If a buyer bids with the buyout of an item, don't bid afterwards. The item is considered sold.
Do not post offering a trade unless the original post states the seller will consider trades.
Do Not bid with 'AIM me' or 'what do you want' or other questions. These are pointless posts. If there is no starting bid, just bid your start point.
6.) If you have a minimum reservation, it should be posted as a starting bid. If you do not post a minimum bid, there is none and users can start at 1 GP
If you are making the thread to test the market, you should utilize the price check forum.
7.) We do not allow trading of items between any shards.
You cannot trade for anything outside of the game.
8.) Don't make multiple threads for the same items. If you are having a hard time selling your items, you may make a second thread 1 week (7 real life days) from the last post in your original thread.
9.) You may only sell items that you own.
Although not required, when your item sells, it is courteous to edit your original post with a ‘sold’ and the price the item went for. This assists with price checks.
Scamming: It's every buyer/sellers responsibility to be updated on the known scams and falsehoods. If you get scammed by a seller or buyer don't post about it in the trade forums.
The trade forums are available to players for legitimate trade. Any method used to manipulate the forums in a negative manner may result in a trade forum ban. Please use the trade forums responsibly
