Update April 5, 2014 - Fine, black staff

The following small changes will go in effect after server wars tonight:

• Removed Essence of Wind from the Standard All Skills dueling ruleset.
• Items with lifespans will now display their duration in minutes, hours, days or weeks depending on the remaining time.
• The wooden club and black staff can now be crafted. (Even though the latter is technically a Stygian Abyss change.)
• One can no longer recall out of the Yomotsu Mines.

Also, last week, the following change was applied:

• Made all craftable artifacts pigmentable.

No it was allowed in standard rules so they had to modify for every torny they didt want it in now they don't have to modify the standard rules to exclude
it.
