All connection issues have been resolved.
The restart just now was just the finishing touches on a flood protection script and a few trivial updates. Our hardware firewall was replaced with a much more efficient model as well.

Thank you to all of you who have remained patient these past few days as we worked through attacks and other technical difficulties. We strive to provide the best free shard possible, and hope we succeed.
