Very specific weapon

I need a:
one-handed
mage weapon (from -20 to -25)
spell channeling (can have penalty)
hit fireball 30+

These mods are absolute minimum please don't post something that doesn't meet the requirements.
I will settle for another hit spell (not magic arrow) until I can find one with fireball.

Before I dig (yes I do have some of these), do you have a preference of weapon type (mace/fork/katana/bardiche)? What are you offering on bare minimum mods, and whats the top end offer if it has high fireball/no sc penalty/hml/ssi (or all but 1 of these)?

Ty umineko, this is the sort of weapon I'm looking for. I'm gonna pass on it though, -27 is just a little too high. Also, long sword is a bit slow.
