It is a system where you can go and see your character from the website. (Stats, gear, etc)
MyUO was introduced to OSI years ago, and added (in various forms) to RunUO sometime around 1.0. It's been tweaked a LOT over the years, and I think the Hybrid version is about as good as it'll get.
As for when WE will get it? No clue. Might wanna ask Ryan.
