The F1 - F12 line is not an ideal choice due to the position your hand takes on the keyboard, making it easy for you to mistype a hotkey because you have to move your hand a lot.

The ideal is to concentrate the hotkeys in an area of the keyboard that you can let your hand still, and just move your fingers.

I use:
F1 - Mini Heal
Alt + F1 - Arch Cure
F2 - Heal pots
Alt + F2 - Gift of Renewal (can be used by anyone)
F3 - Cure pots
F4 - Refresh pots
F5 - Cure

F6 - Greater heal (basicly for friends only, and in rare times when i find warrior or archers to fight)
F7 - Natures Fury
F8 - VorteX (comes in handy to put one ganker to run while you hunt the other one

Ctrl + F9 - Mark
Ctrl + F10 - Gate
Ctrl + F11 - Night Sight
F12 - Resurrection


` - Weaken
1 - Poison
2 - Harm
3 - Magic Arrow
4 - Fireball
5 - Lighting
6 - Teleport

Q - Explosion
W - Mind Blas
