Whats going on with all these orc masks?

For the last week or less every single mid-high end mob is dropping orc masks, why is this happening? Is an orc revolution about to happen V For Vendetta style?

From blood elementals to peerlesss, from gauntlet to Ilshenar.

Did anyone else noticed that?
