They don't exist, because all the Felucca prices are hard-set to +300% by the staff. The ministers of trade pretty much have no capabilities anymore.

A group of players simply decided to try to make life a little harder for the AFK Inscriptioners by capturing the towns and raising the prices.

Actually, they did. But it's not 300%, it's normal price. Vendors are set in Moonglow, btw.
