Okay, so i just bought this new laptop with windows 7 I installed everything i need and patched all the way to the top, but fore some reason windows 7 kinda refreshes my screen it is starting to get annoying to watch and i cant pvp with it.
Any thoughts?

Right click your razor icon, go to properties. Under the compatibility tab check off "disable visual themes"
