My advice for players wanting to jump in would be, read up on some character creation, make a Wolf Clan character then get yourself recruited by Rangers of Skara Brae [RSB] as a scout or tracker while we process your membership application and go about gauging interest, finding a Chief and getting a guild set up.

Wolf Clan is firmly rooted on Demise. If there is enough interest, I will be using my Hybrid characters to help advise the new Chief on matters like traditional social structure, establishing a village inside our home range, rituals and so-forth.
