WTF WHERES SALLOS?!?!?

WTF WHERES SALLOS?!?!?

So first sallos wouldnt let me log in, the GAME would just crash but the sallos lobby would stay open. Anyways after getting cockblocked by sallos like 20 times i was just like fuck it ill reinstall. But now whenever I try installing it, I get every file EXEPT the actual sallos.exe

so my question is.....what the fuck??
