Yew 7x7 between the bank and the gate

I'm pretty sure a 9x7 will fit, I'll test this @ server wars.


I'm not quite sure if I'm going to sell this, but it'd be nice to get a ballpark figure on the worth.

id be willing to say as much 1mil honestly the location is great and its like 1.5 screens off from the bank and not far at all from the moongate.

I dont think it's close enough.

And I bought a neighbour house there like few months ago and got it for 75K.

If no one was willing to pay more then, I wouldnt see who would offer a mil for the same thing now ? Maybe I'm wrong tho...

Could always start at 100k auction and set the B/O at a mil.
