would be the best thing to happen since gheal wands are going for outrageous prices.

at the very least you should be able to use a SCROLL, A GOD DAMN MAGICAL SCROLL, to recharge them.

Yes, yes it is, and considering most people can't pvp with 8 reagents, I doubt they'll be able to be better by tossing a wand or three into the mix.

but in order to make Gheal wands you'd have to have inscription, magery, healing

for item id wands, inscription, item identification.

I dont believe every template should be allowed to recharge/make wands.
