I'd dig the one Punkers did for Toskala only toss in "Edvin Lundqvist" OR Some gory brutal stuff with "Edvin Lundqvist" in there.

Photoshop is the standard, but it all started for me with Jasc (now owned by Corel) Paintshop Pro.
