Test complete:
The item looses its exceptional tag when turned to arcane.
The arcane item cannot be enhanced with other leather types.
Use of bless deed on arcane boots, cloak and robe returns the message "This bless deed is for clothes only" other items get the message "You can't bless this object!"
When trying to use an arcane gem on blessed robe, cloak or thigh boots you get the message "You can only use this on exceptionaly crafted robes, thigh boots, cloaks or leather gloves."
Barbed/horned or spined thigh boots and gloves get the message of "Arcane gems can not be used on that type of leather" when trying to apply an arcane gem.
