The Legendary Banksitter's Guide to Necro Mage Weaver Tamer

I've always found the hallway to be the best option for blocking.
I too find the corridor the best way.. especially when having 4 people.. nobody dies, nobody loses durability, even the dragons dont die a single time.. all the spawn takes 20 mins. Kobra's idea looks interesting but i am not sure you wont die from acid spills.. he must reply with answer has he done it that way or its just an idea in the wild

Compassion gives you the ability to resurrect people at 90% hp which is quite nice.
80%

You may want to make a report stating that on OSI when you escort prisoners there isn't a 5 minute cool down before you can do the next escort

On OSI we would escort prisoners in the second level of the Orc Cave (Trammel because of the no recall/gating in Felucca) one after the other without having to wait

Hm.. it has always been 5 mins on all servers i have played.. so never knew thats an issue. I will fix 90% to 80%.. i wrote it without double checking.

Typically found in randomly-spawning Brigand camps, the NPC will beg to be rescued. It is not required you defeat their captors to accept the quest. Completing a rescue escort yields more gains towards the Virtue of Compassion. NPC's in need of rescue may also be found in some dungeons being held captive by orcs or lizardmen. Sometimes the NPC will request to be taken to any town instead of a specific destination. Rescue quest NPC's will always have a title of "Nobleman" or "Noblewoman" following their name. There is no waiting period between finishing a rescue escort and accepting another one.

Of course the only problem is finding inquis. The others are easy. So most people should be able to reach 2/3 casting after debuff.

But there isn't a wait on Demise for getting another escort, either? Just a wait between gaining in compassion. So that's the different mechanic?

This is an awesome guide but the one thing I can't figure out is why you need necromancy. Seems like a waste of skill points. But then again maybe I am not seeing the bigger picture so if someone could explain why its needed. Maybe it would help if I had of played a necro before but was always happy with magery spells over necromancy

Necromancy and Spirit Speak synergize for a lot of things. Necromancy gives you wraith form and wither, while spirit speak determines the damage wither does, and the mana that wraith form leeches.

Wraith form combined with high spiritspeak, lmc and sdi, make it so you never lose mana while casting damaging spells, you actually gain it.

But it's not mandatory to have necromancy I can understand its part of this specific character build but what would be a good substitute for necro and SS. I figure Barding would be one way to go but is there any other skills that would compliment a tamer/mage. And if i was to use peacemaking would i still have to beat the more hostile monsters into submission before I tame them still? Sorry for all the stupid questions but in the six years I played I never once started a tamer and thought it would be a fun class to hunt with.

This is geared toward spawns and peerless, which at least spiritspeak is essential for. Barding isn't very useful in these situations.

This build is made so that you can solo every monster and every spawn in game, you can take over on 20 succubus at once.. You can kill a peerless boss with 50000 hp in a matter of minutes. Necormancy is there to enable you to do high damage to multiple targets and never run out of mana.
Barding is a useless skill( only provo used in a single spawn location and you can even go without that). If you like taming stuff so much you can always use honor on yourself, so mosnters wont attack you for 5 minutes and you can tame whatever you like. However my oppinion is you use taming only twice in your life- to tame a Cu shide and then tame a Greater Dragon.

For more understanding on how the build works, watch the video. I will be adding more videos soon.

I can tell you've probably played OSI before, my friend, but believe me... bard skills suck on here compared to necromancy.

No reason to peace/provoke mobs when you could just annihilate them with withers and thunderstorms.

I play HZ spawner mage/necro/weaver/tamer I found posted by MB as much as I hate how many times he has killed me I do owe him thanks for the most fun template ever. I can cast so many combinations of spells over come so many different situations. All though I do not play it the way he suggested or use his tactics which are solid I might add. I just don't like potions. And never bothering even to attempt soloing the higher end spawns. I have killed every champ. And nearly every mob on Demise with it. I have 2 suits I swap out. One SDI suit for doom And a template geared one for spawns. The only mobs I have any real difficulty with are Twualo, Dread Horn, & Shimmering Infusion. Yet I have killed them all. They just don't return mana the way most mobs do so its a knock down drag out with them. Twualo being a spawn geared toward bards anyway. I also have SDI 8 or 9 with INT bonuses slayers for Demon, Repond, & Undead. In t he future I plan to have a full set of SDI books for every type. But, those are the ones I most commonly use. Then I use scrappers for all others that I don't have an SDI book for. Also I use macro keyboard and a macro mouse. So I have a macro to swap out each spell book right next to my thumb. I have considered dropping taming, and animal lore for Spell Resistance, and inscription and using summons to keep mobs off of me or friends. With my current 77 SDI with scrappers equipped that would take me to a new level of holy shit dude. But, with the changes to pixies and my love of pets just can't do it. I mean imagine my DMG output with 77 SDI, Arcane empowerment, and grapes of wrath all up.... *drool* But, yeah would change my play style so no. *wipes off drool* The SDI suit is just general grinding and doom. My spawner suit is just that all about max resists with MR, LMC, all that jazz... But, the SDI suit is all about dmg my pet takes all the heat for me so the resists are low and not as important to me. Downside to my SDI suit is occasionally I slip or loose focus and drop like a rock.
