I know one ex-guildmate (Bile) that has:
* a godly suit
* 135 hp
* 50 ping
* an endless supply of potions
* cheatengine hooked into his client at all times so he runs faster
* backup hiding in the bushes in case he gets owned

and still cries a river if you decide to run.The real question is, with such a huge security blanket available, how does one consider themself good?
