In another thread (the one about kali valentine) you claimed that I (alchemy 101-/teh.chucker) died to you in destard then needed help to kill you in deceit. When in fact I died to a 95Hp fire breath from the hybrid dragon while you were hiding terrified of me in destard. Secondly in that same thread you claimed that I needed help to kill you from a red tamer when you ran to deceit from my teh.chucker character, when in reality the other red tamer did nothing and I had no clue who he was and you died a whole floor away from said (other tamer who you claimed was "helping" me). Then when I make fun of you from running from me and hiding you cry about being a "5x char".

I would of called you out on it in that thread but it got trammeled before I read it.

We'll when your a tank mage with 85 int getting a concussion blow on top of getting hit by a AGGYm so he says on top of getting explo pots on u, you run outta mana quick so u have to run around to get ur mana up. Noone is gonna stand there and let a dexxer hit u with and aggy and explo pots while you try to med. Same with my inscribe stun, he landed a concussion blow first hit.

You are going to. If you off-screen it (not talking about just running around where he at least has a chance to hit you)...then everything becomes fair game, and then he 'should' offscreen for health whenever he wants. Just the way it goes. Wear good armor, use protection, arch protection, reactive armor and suck it up, or deal with and accept an off-screening style of fight for both sides.

That is what sucks about that concussion blow special move. If you are going to live by it, than you have to be willing to die by it. Can't have it both ways.

Personally, I think gold and agapite runics are in the 'sporting' realm for PVP. They balance out against exceptional barbed leather, with a mix of hardening or occasionally fortification magic leather pieces, or even faction blessed exceptional barbed leather (since you get an AR bonus).

Personally again, I would not use verite weapons (or valorite for tournaments) unless I was dealing with very dishonorable and very richly equipped opponents. The damage for those weapons balances out against the high end fotification, invulnerable, and new lunar/undine pieces, which I think is a bit expensive. I would rather fight people more often than put them into a situation where they 'have to' equip that way just to compete. But...I'm goddamn nuts, so what do I know.

You got backup if you are getting ganked and I'm around. Course, I may remember having been ganked by a character with that name before. Could be wrong though...gonna start drinking, see if I can fix that either way.

Stides is one of the best players Ive fielded against in my years on UOG. The dude not only is good on offense(not hard) but is a beast when it comes to escaping/running -- literally a top 5 runner.

I find it very hard to believe(if not impossible) that any of the no namers in this thread could hold his dick let alone kill him 1v1 in the field.

Hey, don't retreat to aim and all that business. If you want to duel, just state your business here and I'll record and upload the duel. I will hold monies, provide a suitable location, open a ventrilo chat channel that I never use, and all that if it is desired.

Guy deserves an award simply for getting a razor avi recording to work, let alone fighting outnumbered.

Don't listen too much to all the dexer haters. Done all the testing. If they don't want to wear quality armor, use appropriate spells that protect them, etc. - it's at their own demise.

Said it before, and I'll say it one last time - it is easier for me to kill 'skilled properly equipped players' on a mage than it is on a dexer. It is easier for me to kill 'unskilled, ill-equipped players' on a dexer than it is on a mage.

I'm not saying anything about whether it takes more skill to play this or that. I 'greatly' prefer playing mage templates 1v1, but every situation has it's own unique demands.

Probably cause ive had alot of characters over the years. I don't sit in the duel pits 24/7 and i rarely ever play an alchy stun. I don't know who you are either so i guess your a no name either since again skills in a game does not impress me.

Yes, skilled mages is where it is at (a mix of tank mages, pure mages, whatever), but it's a much more complicated discussion than people want to make it. So I gotta leave it at that. Just takes too many words. Respect your opponents. Everybody's template has pros and cons to it.
