How about a hand in hand event along with the crafting for those with alchemy...at gm alchemy you can craft 10 charge pigments and each time you do you also have a % chance of getting a 1 use rare colour pigment?

We will be opening it again. It's too early to say when as there is still stuff being worked on for halloween.

Go through the black event gates located near most towns bank. Find the open bay in the event hall and double click the blue stone there to get your basket.
