edit: thinking better to it, Mark did something in this SVN, so he looked to this entry or builded a fix of him.
So I think it's ready and this entry can be closed. If there are other problems, we'll open a new entry.

he did it differently than i did.
I'm pretty sure that having a shield equipped needs to override the less than 50 skill in a weapon still, it's how it was set up before, and why it didn't work, if the shield overrides the less than 50 skill, it would also override the timer. Should prolly be tested on OSI to make sure it overrides 50 weapon skill, but like i said, it was originally set up to do that, there's two reason i think it's still this way and or should be that way, first is that a shield override the parrychance calculation when equipped, the second is that you can cast evasion with 0 wrestling skill and no weapon.
Also the dex penalty still needs to be calculated before the evasion bonus. (according to the current .svn anyway.
