We're upfront in what we do. We wear the color pretty loud, we're honest with the fact that we will indeed kill you. So if we don't just come out and kill you, chances are, you can believe that we're not going to bother. On the other hand ... blues will only wait for you to go grey before they jump at their chance to strike. They keep their nature hidden

That's not how the event went down on OSI though
and while we did take a few liberties in executing this event, we tried to stay as close to the OSI event as we could.

Is something wrong with the quest? I spoke the mantra's at the shrines and accepted three quests. I obtained the heart blackened by demise. Now when I go to wrong to obtain the Executioners Rusty Pen .. when I double click the dusty bones the ghost says "I have nothing for you at this time" I found the Executioners Chest and when I try to open it says "You should not open strange chests" (or something like that) and I've killed the executioner several times and he doesn't drop a pen and nothing happens. .am I doing something wrong?

You should make sure you're reading your quest dialog and going to the right places. If you send a page in game I can better assist you.

I've quit the quest and restarted it going through it again with people who have completed it. I'm not missing anything. Spoke the mantra at the shrine Justice, accepted quest. Read that I need to right a great wrong and to obtain the executioners rusty pen. Went to Wrong, dusty bones tells me "I have nothing for you at this time." Executioners chest tells me "you really shouldn't open strange chests." Killed the executioner 3 more times, nothing. Tried to talk to Andy at the Yew court house "I have nothing for you at this time."

The pen drops into your back pack only if you are on that particular part of the quest
A couple of things
1 - do you have 10 ML quests already going on? (if you do have 10 quests you can't even do an escort for the compassion virtue)
2 - do you want this pen?
