My join date is oct 2006, but thats when i made my account.

I actually started playing this year, and my suit really, really suck :/

IMHO giving all that stuff to a new player (a truly new player) ruins the game... and half the fun of the game is building up all your stuff learning about different gear... and dreaming of one day having great gear that suits your characters.... I guess there are a lot of people that just want to power play the game... spend all their time in gaunt... or bods... I'd like to see that gear go to someone that plays the game for fun, someone that maybe doesn't put in tons of hours but has been around a long time... someone that is going to use the gear... not just lock it down on their roof... anyway that's my two cents worth.
