do i have to poison several different blades or can i poison the same one over n over?

also, is it better to practice on food/drink or weapons.

This pretty much answers the question. Read up a few posts.

No need to wipe weapons clean. You still gain without wiping them. I GM'ed poisoning by poisoning the same dagger over and over without wiping =)

I haven't noticed any difference between food or weps.

Lesser poison works up to 60 then maxes out.
