I can assure you all that the winners are chosen automatically and randomly, we had absolutely no say in who wins.

Still tho that many people got multi plots on 1 char, might as well stop complaining since they dont care anyway. not like its gonna change way i seen it as they favor some players over others

There was no favoring of anyone, as I stated before, the selection was completely automated and random. A lot of the people who won more than one plot entered on all four accounts on every plot in both Trammel and Felucca and that is always going to increase anyone's chance of winning something.
