Reporting in with a bug new changes

Would like to report a bug that should be fixed right away, after doing some testing with our new changes I have found that after dueling another character/player if you turn on Free Consume and leave the rematch window open with another character you can run around with 1 of each reg/potion and have free consume while pvping. @Suzy @Montana @Oenomaus No problem.

We also added Instant Hit as an option to the dueling ruleset (located under "Combat Abilities").
