Greeings, everyone's favorite vamp guild is back in business. We now have many different type of chars that can fit almost every playstyle. Feel free to post here or pm me if you would like to join. The Creeping Doom

The house of TCD was destroyed by their own god because the members of TCD turned against even him.
After the fall of TCD, the remaining vampires went into seclusion. It was agreed that for everyone's safety they would keep the knowledge of where they hid just to themselves. In seclusion certain Vampires reached an enlightened state and learned of the futility of their ways. The few vampires that reached the enlightened state returned to the land infinitely faster, wiser and stronger then they previously were. Being left in seclusion for so long they have come out from the darkness hungry. They thirst for that ambrosia that runs through your veins of life. Their views of good and evil have changed, they do not think in those terms. They are neutral.
But even the neutral go to war. It is time to throw are weight into the balance. So it is now time for the songs of battle to sing. The thrill of victory, the sorrow of defeat. Come ye now, and let’s dance to the song of death. This next drink is for our enemies, behold our greatness and tremble at our power.

We are "The creeping Doom", a strict vampire guild.

We remain IN-character at all times and we stick close together, hunting in packs.






Ghouls

*Stands outside of ranking system*

Any person may opt to make a ghoul in tcd. Ghouls are used sometimes as a pre-battle assault. The pressence of ghouls usually means the vampire army is approaching. Do not ask to make a ghoul unless you are fine with being killed.

Ghoul requirements restrictions are as follows:
  • must have no hair on body
  • must be pale skin color
  • has to have hide/stealth
  • 0 magery
  • only can use clubs, cleavers, butcher knives, war hammers, pitch forks
  • Can only communicate via groans and moans
  • Name must be "a ghoul" all lower case







Familiar

You will begin by being appointed a "Familiar" within the guild, training and learning our ways.

Disciple

Next, you will be bitten for the first time and become an "Disciple". This is the beginning of your turning stage. You will take on a master/apprentice role, where you will follow one full fledged vampire and learn from him/her.

Bloodbound

After you have proven your ability in both RP and combat you may be bitten a second time and appointed "Bloodbound". This is the end of your turning stage. Here you will work in the field with the other members in PvP and assisting other members.

Vampire

If you do well enough, a ceremony will be held and you will receive your last bite and become a pure blood, full on Vampire, with the abilities to bite other people and bring them into the guild.

All full-fledged vampires are required to have GM magery (hybrids if you choose a weaponry skill too).



Rules

  • Never kill role players on sight, always attempt to role play with them first.
  • Never loot rpers unless a vampire tells you to. If told to disarm loot rpers only: regs, pots, weps, keys, gold, food, bandies
  • When fighting rpers be dismounted, but if you are mounted to fight a pk and an orc attacks you, run.
  • No banning rpers from our krypts.
  • Stay in RP AT ALL TIMES, use party chat and guild chat for Out Of Character.
  • Always listen to a Vampire if your under rank, they have been a TcD for at a good while and know what to do in just about all situations.
  • If an rper attacks you while your mounted on our land around the krypts you can attack and kill them.
  • Always try to follow the Rules if you cannot, don't fight, try to RP them into attacking you.

Drow Elf Section of TcD

The Drow are a way to hide with spell or skill. Dark skin and white hair the Drow will be clad in shadow leather, or shadow armor and white(spidersilk) clothes only . The Drow were discovered while the Vampire slaves were digging out a new catacomb...they were trapped in a completely dark world and forced to canibalism to survive..they still carry a hunger for human flesh even now above ground.

Dark elves

  • Cannibals
  • Sacrifice
  • Orgies
  • Try and capture victims alive
  • Worships the lord of emptiness. The lord of darkness, of the unknown, of fear and ignorance.
  • Stealth, shock, stun. Quick capture, and a promise of evil deeds to come.




Ranks

Elder and Ancient

The highest rank...both are earned through difficult trials.

Warlord

Is a rank that changes monthly, this person plays frequently and during their tenure is in charge of organizing and commanding frequent raids and before embarking on these raids ensuring that all participating are geared and dressed properly.




Classes
(may be subject to adjustment)


Assassin

A stealther character with grandmaster poisoning.

Invoker

Is a mage that uses fire as his primary source of power.

*This means no harm, energy bolt, chain lightning or lightning. Elementals for this class are fire and deamon only.*

Conjurer

Is a mage class restricted to lightning spells.

*This means no magic arrow, fireball, explosion, flamestrike, or meteor swarm..summons are water elementals and deamons only. *

Dark Elf Hunter

These characters are intended to be as inconspicuous as possible, as they fire deadly storms of arrows upon the enemy. They are meant to harass and confuse the enemy, as they hide and avoid damage in combat, they are excellent bait. When they are not killing, they enjoy hunting game.

*Template: archery, tactics, anatomy, healing, hiding, stealth, resist. *

Dark Elf Thrall

These are dark elves slaves driven mad, and commanded by their wizards. They live to please the elves, and would gladly die too see their master smile. Sadly for them, that is usually the only thing they can do that their masters truly enjoy. When they aren't fighting, they are usually mining in the deepest and most dangerous of dark elven caverns.

*Template: macing, tactics, anat, healing, magicresist,hide/stealth.*

Dark Elf Reaver

These characters are the shock troops of the elf force. They are meant to quickly deliver concussion blows, and massive damage. They are dressed in much the same manner as the rest of the elves. When they are not killing, they are excellent butchers, and are usually the executioners, as well as meat carvers.

*Template: swords, tactics, anatomy, healing, magicresist, lumberjacking, magery or hiding.*

Dark Elf Slaver

This class tries to land paralyzing blows, poison, and harass targets. They are intented to be scouts, to instigate battles, so they can bring in the rest of the elves. They isolate targets for the other elves.

*Template: Fence, tactics, anatomy, healing, magicresist, hiding, magery.*

Dark Elf Warlock

wrestle, anat, magery, med, eval, magicresist, healing, alchemy or other non weapon variations of mages.

Dark Elf Priestess

magery, med, eval, magicresist.

*this is the only class females can have.*





Orgies and sacrifices and cannibalism is always good. And a general superiority complex over anybody not dark elf.

This is the first announcement of this system some characters are already complete we have a designated base and storage..also there will be a growing list of words for drow.

This sect is teamwork oriented not individual, any donations or suggestions are more than welcome, play on!

It was a rainy night and the vampires of TcD were out in the horrible weather searching for a meal to quinch their thirst. The ancient vampires decided to raid a small tribal town outside of trinsic. To their dismay they found only corpses blood everywhere. No one was left alive. As they searched the remains they stumbled upon a naked human, finally a meal. As the eldest vampire was bending down to take a gulp the rain gave way and the clouds began to move on exposing the full moon. The vampire hissed at the form that transfigured in front....

Ever since that moment in the tribal town the vampires have taken on the lycons as their slaves in exchange for their knowledge in alchemy. Through the vampires knowledge they concieved a potion which lets the lycons control their curse...... somewhat...........

  • 100 magery
  • 100 Meditation
  • 100 Melee skill


Lycon Rules
  • The Alpha lycon leads the lycons
  • Any lycon may challenge the Alpha to a duel to take their position
  • Lycons May only use melee attacks in combat while transformed
  • Lycons Must Role play transforming into a wolf when angered or in rp fights or any other time they feel it fits.

Same except i'm busy running VcS but TCD are allied with us so i guess in one form or another its the same as joining them.

remember you must rise through the ranks to become a vampire, you can not just start out as one :D
