Actually, it is a 2nd circle spell commonly mistaken for a 3rd/4th circle one. :p

I found that it was way too big and you move way too slow. It would also have been nice if the guns actually shot the way you point them. Overall, though, one of the most under-rated great games of last year - it might have gotten more attention if it wasn't supposed to come out like 20 times before it actually did.
