I found the npc that appears in one of the videos (the guy who talks to the stranger by the window)
He is in Britain next to the docks. He's name is A Local Resident.
He said he was hit in the head and someone took his money away...

My hypotesis about the stranger:

- got killed by a level 6 treasure spawn
- got eaten by a greater dragon
- got possessed by a daemon and now he's roleplaying in Hell's Horde guild
- got seducted by a dryad in Twisted Weald and now he's running naked playing the lute
- got jailed by Xavier for unattended resource gathering (hmmm... those gold coins here and there...)
- got hired by Yew Militians and died with honor while fighting Dark Elves
- got ganked without honor by USA as he crossed a strange red moongate. He saw dead trees and gravestones everywhere.
- got [insert your favourite here]

Smile, Britain is safe place now

I suspect that man escaped with LC, so I believe this quest is closed.

I haven't yet had the chance to get all of the information regarding this quest, but eventually I hope to be able to update it Once my current story line is finished, I will try to turn my attention to this one.
