we all know it's because the US is made up of mostly low grade morons, angsty teens and most are suffering from a mid-life crisis.

Re: Again

China had one of these this week when a disgruntled worker took a bulldozer to the road and killed 10 or so.

But yeah, it is pretty sad what this country's come to. Just the other day, I got robbed when I was at home. The news interviewed me: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofw1oSyXGlE

Re: Again

 who is the low grade morons, angsty teens and suffering from a mid-life crisis.

Millwall vs. Luton – 1985
Fans clash before, during and after the game, tearing up seats and fighting with police.

Rangers vs. Zenit St. Petersburg – 2008
fans rioted in the centre of Manchester, clashing with police and trashing cars and shops.

Sparta Prague vs. Dinamo Zagreb – 2008
A UEFA Cup tie between Czech side Sparta, and Croatian outfit Dinamo, descended into mayhem. 150 were detained as they rioted with police of Prague.

Dinamo Zagreb vs. Red Star Belgrade – 1990
“The match that started a war” Red Star’s “Delije” & Dinamo’s clashed at Zagreb’s Maksimir stadium in 1990. This riot is famous for Dinamo’s 21 year old captain Zvonimir Boban, who reacted to seeing one of his side’s fans being arrested by a police officer by launching a roundhouse kick to free the fan. Madness.

Danubio vs. Nacional – 2008
The riot that stopped a season. Nuff said.

Liverpool vs. Juventus – 1985
39 were killed

Catania vs. Palermo – 2007
The Sicilian derby proved to be fatal, as 40 year old police officer Filippo Raciti was killed after a homemade bomb was thrown into his patrol car as rival fans of Catania & Palermo clashed before, during and after their side’s meeting in February 2007. Serie A football was suspended for three weeks as a consequence.

Wroclaw – 2003
in 2003 the city of Wroclaw was the setting for an organised brawl between fans from Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow, Gdynia & Lubin. One person died, whilst 229 were arrested.

Birmingham vs. Leeds – 1985
1985 was when football reached its lowest point in England. Not so much the standard of play, but the behaviour of its fans. At this second division game, Leeds & Birmingham clashed before, during and after the match, ripping St Andrews apart, and killing a fourteen year old fan.

it happens all over we just have far more reporters then news.

you are completely wrong.

here in Brasil this has never happened. We have lots of violence here, yes, but not like this. "Normal" people going in a crowded place and shooting everyone is something we only see in the US and China.

US, China, Finland, Portugal, Spain, Asia, Japan, Iraq, Afganistan, most of South America, Mexico, Italy (and no its not mostly crimes of passion, that's bs.) Nearly every country in the world has acts like these. Only ones you don't see are because countries leaders isolate their media to be localized with rarely any information leaving the country itself.

A good example would be China, we only see an estimated 30%, but climbing of what all occurs in that country. Reporters, documenters, any kind of journalist have a tendancy to be arrested and their equipment "missing" after being confiscated when they do not have special permission from military officials as well as diplomats from the American Embassy who negociate to make things work as best as possible.

imo we cant compare China with our countries since their culture and goverment are completely different from ours.
And even IF stuff like this happens in all those countrys you listed, wich i doubt, its not as often as in the US.
The first case like this happened in the US and the majority of them still happen in the US.
You may say that it happened in another countries but i doubt you can find more than 1 or 2 for the countrys that are not US. And in a globalized world, if something happens in one country it can be copyed by anyone in anywhere.
So what im talking about is that im surprised that this kind of stuff happens ALL THE FUCKING TIME in the US.
Im 27 and ive seen 1 kid in the cinema, 3 or 4 in school and with this one 2 at work. this totalizes 6-7 similar cases. And this is weird.

there's no shootings in the work place or at schools or insane crap like that in italy ffs. all the shit similar to what is referred to in this thread comes from either revenge against the government or mob shootings. that IS the worst we get here. it's bad, not horrible. but still it's not cause the people here wake up insane like most americans do.
