Demise Harvest Festival
Autumn House Design/Deco Contest
Begin accepting submissions on November 10th. To enter your house, place a rune to the house and a book in a bag. The book should contain the players name as well as a forum nameIn a bag: place a rune to the house in question and a book with the owners game and forum names. Once you have the bag ready, page a staff member (After the 10th but before the 17th). The staff member will take your bag and get it placed with the other entries. Judging will occur on the 17th by staff members. The winners will be announced at the closing ceremonies of the festival. Runes will be on display for all to day during the day of the festival so people can see the houses that were entered.
What should you be decorating? Your house should be set up with an autumn theme. That's all we ask. Autumn'ish. It's all about decor and presentation.
Story Contest
Similar to the house design contest, players are asked to write the story inside a writable book and submit it with another book that contains the character name and forum name of the player. Page a staff member and he or she will take the bag and place your entry with the others. The story must fit inside one or two UO writable books (no more than two!). You do not have to seal the book as this will be done for you. The story should be a role play type story relating the the autumn season. All stories will be judged on November 17th, placed on display during the festival, and winners announced at the closing ceremonies.

Races
9:30am PST / 12:30pm EST
Start: South Wall of Race Track
Bring your racing shoes and mounts because for the next hour, you will be judged on your ability to RUN. Different races will be had such as equine only, ethereal only, beetle races, the shapeshifter race, and anything goes. One lap around the festival race track will have you gnashing your teeth but you must do it to bring home the bacon.
Poetry Contest
10:45pm PST / 1:45pm EST
Scribes come together and are given 15 minutes to write a poem containing words given to them at the start of the event. After the poems are written in a UO Book and submitted to the event coordinator (who will scribe and return the original), all entrants must read their poem aloud on stage. The best poem will be selected from those written AND performed.
Scavenger Hunt
12pm PST / 3pm EST
Ran like other scavengers hunts we have had previously. Event to last one hour or until all scavenger hunt items are found.
"Luck of the Draw" PvM Tournement
1pm PST / 4pm EST
This is a PvM event for nonTamers. By the luck of the dice, an individual will have to kill his or her way to being the last man standing. From mongbats to dragons, be sure you are dressed for PvM.
General Rules:
- No Summons of any kind
- No Pets of any kind
- You may NOT be mounted
Maze House
2:30pm PST / 5:30pm EST
You've been in them before... but will you get out of this one?
Net Toss
4:30pm PST / 7:30pm EST
A gate will be opened and nets will be tossed. No prize for this event other than the loot you pick up from the dead. It will be thirty minutes of screaming, dying, good fun.
Pet Tournament
5:30pm PST / 8:30pm EST
Fill your follower slots and join us for a pet tournament! Whose pets will come out on top this time? If interrupted by Server Wars - it will continue afterwards.
Closing Ceremony
immediately following pet tournament
Begin with a rousing game of Let's Make a Deal and then continue into closing the Festival.
