Kinda miss that but don't miss the trolls, rediculous thread bumping or the "Hey buddy bid my items up for me!?" bullshit that came with it.. Good ridden's imo lol

Still seeing quite a few questions so here are a few tips / details / hints

Times are in MST <- my timezone

Daily Codes are every day.

In the morning, I set up *almost all the codes for the day, and put out the renamed signs/invul monsters/ etc
Mirc is the last code set up and then it's posted in the mirc chat.

The mirc code is the morning code and expires at lunch

All other daily codes expire between midnight and 2 am or so the next morning.

* the afternoon forum code is not posted until after lunch
* the evening dungeon sign is not put out until after 6:00 pm

Codes will be obvious. They will be multiple words with no spaces or words with mixed random letters and numbers after them.
I do not replace letters with numbers in words.

Signs and items used in the event are colored ice-white so they will stand out a little better

Town sign codes are on ice-white signs that are placed above or below a normal town shop sign.

Invul monsters are colored a horrible yellow color so they are obvious

For other codes

They can be anywhere at any time and are generally not announced. Anywhere means anywhere. Items/signs just randomly in the word can be renamed with a code. They could be on a creature or animal showing up as loot (written in a book). Some npcs will give hints instead of codes. Figure out the clues to find the code. They could be announced in a limited area. etc etc etc

The best way to find them is to play. Try to get around the shard as much as you can. Take part in events and activities that occur, even if it's just to check it out (for example there was a code on a sign at the 1v1 last night. You didn't have to join, only stop in)

As I've mentioned, "What say you?" is an important phrase. Talk to codekeepers and other obviously, oddly-placed npcs you may encounter

hmmm...
think that covers most questions (that I will answer) :)

I must say, what a great event so far - definitely makes my brother and i more active (and we consider ourselves quite active players in both pvm/pvp).

More events like this are welcomed!

OK ran into a code keeper First let me make it clear -use the "?" also. second he didn't provide me with a valid code I wont repeat where or what he said but there were no numbers in the sequence and when I entered what was said it was invalid. Did I miss something??? He basically gave me a group of words that meant: take my poor arse away. Was his code used up? OBTW great scheme using my 7x chest jacker/hider to negotiate the dungeons.

As tessa said they will provide hints. Take my arse away would make me think he wants an escorte maybe. Did u try saying "I will take thee" ? Worth a shot

Here is what Tessa said about expiration times. I think some of the event ones might be limited number of uses. At the graveyard event someone said a code and it worked on my first client but the second character I tried said expired.

Some Daily Codes (as listed above) will be time limited. For example the morning code found in irc will not be valid past noon MST each day.

Some will be active with no time limit and no player limit.

Some will only last for a certain period of time and some will only work for a limited number of players (first come, first serve).
